Subject : Virus - Resycled/boot.com
Trying to remove from regedit will not remove the virus/malware completely.
Please download this tool : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Execute it with all external drives (USB, External HDD) connected to your PC affected.The reason why is because this is a virus usually from USB or external HDD you have connected to your PC.Clean them all.
